Claws

Rip me apart
I see your claws hungrily waiting for me
Flesh and bones have captured my body
Locking away the mind and soul.

Thin, silver threads invading my head
pretending to be thoughts and dreams,
they are nothing but cold spider webs
knitted, linked between each other
to deceive me, to make me believe.

I have seen the darkest clouds
I have seen the strongest storms
And now, I see your black cloak
Hovering over me, covering me
like the darkest of nights.

As you move me to the edge of the cliff
I walk blindly through that fog that pretends to be fresh air
If you see me passing by don't stop me unless you have the answers
Otherwise join me, walk with me to the end of this deep cliff
